Technical Writer (Job Code: TW)
CarrierComm seeks an experienced Technical Writer to develop and maintain all technical reference materials. We are looking for individuals with a strong technical background and hands-on experience to:

• Create and edit technical reference materials.
• Explain in concise detail, yet maintain brevity
• Ensure accuracy of all technical information
• Collaborate with other departments and management in order to gain further understanding of products and services.
• Perform other duties such as writing reports, brochures, and manuals for a variety of uses

Minimum 4 years experience in technical writing / document control position. This position requires a BS/BA degree in Journalism, English, or Technical Communications (MS preferred). The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge using Adobe Framemaker and Microsoft Word and is able to edit graphics using a graphic design platform. Good customer and team interface skills required. Must be able to work in a hands-on environment on a variety of challenging platforms.
